2021 Toyota Sienna

So you and yours enjoyed the long-awaited vacation excursions relaxing on the beaches or hiking in the mountains.  But, you discovered that your so-called family vehicle just wasn't up to the job due to lack of space, power, and so on.  As he said in the Jaw's flick...we need a bigger boat or in your case a larger family hauler.  Enter the SUV-looking Toyota Sienna hybrid minivan that even offers AWD in its fuel-sipping 35mpg hybrid with a cavernous cabin that will handle a large family with abundant cargo space.

The Sienna also brings a very handsome exterior purportedly inspired by Japan's bullet train with aggressive styling. Its raised hood, huge grille, squinty headlights, sculpted lines, and muscular wheel flares give the Sienna an SUV/sporty appearance. The rear end continues that theme with the looks of a Toyota Supra. Besides the macho styling, the door hinges and slides have been re-engineered to bury the sliding channel below the rear side window frame.

You will nod your head in agreement when you first lay eyes on this new Toyota Sienna hybrid with the friendly folks at Hixson Toyota of Leesville located at 11981 Lake Charles Highway in Leesville, Louisiana, or by calling the dealership at 337.239.3434 and see first-hand if it meets your expectations.

When your crew steps inside they will be impressed with its cool features like comfortable seats, a very spacious center console, and gobs of storage places throughout the cabin with up to 18 cup holders.  Even your second and third seat passengers get comfy rooming seating with either reclining twin captain seats or a bench that slides up to 25 inches.  Legroom has increased for the rear occupants and headroom for even the six-footers.

It packs a ton of standard and available technology features handled by a standard 9-inch touchscreen for your communication and entertainment desires.  Which includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto. Amazon Alexa and Sirius XM and a USB media port, six USB charging ports throughout Sienna's cabin.

The new Sienna can also be a family workhorse as it is capable of carrying a full 4x8 sheet of plywood with the tailgate closed.  Another big plus is this Sienna is just fun to drive.  Behind the wheel, the handling is stable, secure and the steering is quick and precise thanks to Toyota's TNGA-K platform and a new multilink rear suspension.  The ride is quiet unless you have your child's basketball team riding along.

This new Toyota Sienna just checks all the boxes from a sporty-looking family hauler to a gas-sipping hybrid.  No better time than now to check one out and find out why Consumer Report gave very high scores in owner satisfaction. Just a reminder that holiday travel is coming quickly.
